Every feature is on every plan, including Free. You pay for one number: your peak players online at the same time. Prices are in US dollars and include any VAT or sales tax that applies.

One busy day won't change your plan. We bill on your third-highest day in the last 30 days, so a launch or an event doesn't count against you.
We never stop counting your players. If you outgrow your plan, you get 30 days' notice. Your data keeps recording no matter what.
We never upgrade you on our own. Your plan changes when you click, and not before. If you'd fit a cheaper plan, we'll tell you.

How billing works
What we count
Your plan is measured by your brand's third-highest daily peak over the last 30 days. A daily peak is the most players online at the same time that day, counted at your proxies and standalone servers only, so a player on a network is counted once.
The panel shows this number, the three days it came from, and your plan's limit. Paddle, our reseller, handles the payment, VAT and your invoices.
If you go over your limit
- 1At 80% of your limit, the usage meter in the panel says so.
- 2When you go over, you get a banner and one email naming your three peak days and the plan that fits. A 30-day grace period starts, and everything keeps working. We remind you 7 days before it ends.
- 3If you're still over when it ends, Analytics, Revenue and Performance lock. Your data is still collected, and alerts, integrations, your team and billing keep working.
- 4Upgrading, or your numbers coming back down, opens the locked sections again right away, with your full history.
